History

In the XVIIIth century Cauchoise, Augeronne and Cotentine were raised(brought up) in very grassy regions to the moderate climate: the swamp of Cotentin and the hills of the Norman bocage, where the feed was regular in the year. The Norman has since the departure two capacities: we made soft cheeses with his(her, its) milk and the sprinkled with parsley of its meat was already recognized.
