Description

The Norman is a dairy race with double capacity: she allows the breeders to produce a quality milk, rich in proteins (the highest TP of races in France), as well as a meat recognized for her flavour and sprinkled with parsley sound. Its butchers qualities and Its morphology allow a good valuation of its meat.
